Thomas Roach joined Evergreen in April of 2006. After a stint in the field, he became the on-site Waste Coordination and Disposal Manager for Sterling Chemicals in Texas City. In May of 2007 he moved into Evergreen's Business Development side of the company, and is responsible for bringing in and managing new accounts for the company.

Most of Thomas' career experience has been in Transportation. Prior to coming to Evergreen, he spent four years as the operations manager for USF Distribution in Houston, managing contractors, company drivers, and daily dock operations. Prior to that he was a manager for FedEx Ground for 9 years in Atlanta, Georgia. Thomas uses his past experience and knowledge of trucking and DOT regulations to assist the Evergreen Transportation department.

Thomas has been married to his wife Tanya for 8 years, and they have one four year old daughter. He spends his free time either at church, with family, or in the woods or water.
