Tommy Delesandri came to work for Evergreen Industrial Services in 2004. Tommy's responsibilities in dispatch include supplying manpower, PPE, and equipment to job sites. As the personnel manager, he interviews field employees, performs background checks, and coordinates drug screens and training requirements for new employees.

Before joining Evergreen, Tommy worked in the auto industry starting at the parts counter progressing to the fixed operation manager. In 1980 to 1995, he worked for Ron Carter Auto Group, from 1995 to 2000, he worked for Sonic Automotive, and from 2000 to 2003, he worked for Baytown Honda.

Tommy holds a degree in automotive management from GMA University and an associate degree in procurement and cost control.

In his leisure time, Tommy enjoys riding his motorcycle, fishing, and travel. Tommy lives in Clear Lake Shores with his wife Marcy.
