Shane Tesch joined Evergreen in April 2010 bringing over 15 years of experience working in the industrial services sector. Shane worked 12 years with Pneumatic Industrial Services in several roles. His most recent role was working at the ExxonMobil Beaumont Plant for 8 years as a service line manager. His responsibilities included cost tracking of work performed, planning and scheduling, inventory control of materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with environmental agencies on remediation work. Shane is very knowledgeable of spills to land and water and has worked with Emergency Response for the majority of years in his career. He is knowledgeable of the MSS permits from the TCEQ, and is very active with VOC emission control, and numerous control methods.

Shane commented on his decision to work for Evergreen, "I joined Evergreen Industrial to expand my abilities and strengths, also to just make a change. Sometimes change is scary, but in the end change is what you really needed the whole time, you just never knew it."

Shane and his wife Authum of 3 years live in Orangefield, TX and have three children. In his spare time, Shane enjoys motorcycles, fishing, boating, traveling, riding 4-wheelers, and spending time with family and friends.
