Tank Cleaning Manager

Rick Hebert joined Evergreen Industrial Services in January 2011. Rick brings 22 years experience in the industrial cleaning operations and management side of the business to Evergreen. Rick has supervised or managed successful industrial cleaning projects during turnarounds and daily maintenance activities in both the United States and Latin America. He has cleaned wastewater tanks, crude oil tanks, asphalt tanks, resid tanks, sour water tanks, petroleum product tanks, ranging in size from 30' to 300 foot in diameter.

Rick has kept abreast of emerging dewatering and tank cleaning technology changes and innovation through formal and informal study, reading business and professional publications, and networking and participation in professional organizations. Rick credits some of his success to maintaining a clean, professional and safe working environment by ensuring that all work site equipment is properly accounted for and in safe working condition and by training new employees on performance standards.

Rick Hebert is TWIC certified and holds certifications for forklift operation, Class III water and wastewater. He has 22+ years experience in tank cleaning and reduction technology and experienced with centrifuges (2 phase, 3 phase and vertical disk stack) and with filter press and belt press technology. Rick also has site specific training for many companies such as Citgo Lake Charles, Lyondell, Ascend, ConocoPhillips, Sunoco Philadelphia, and ExxonMobil.

Previously, Rick worked for companies such as Rust Industrial, Philip Services, Wastewater Specialties, and Sage Downstream. His roles ranged from tank cleaning operations to project manager to regional operations manager.

On a personal note, Rick lives in Lake Charles with his wife Rachelle and son Gabe. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and fishing. .
