Biography - Nick Jones
Nick Jones
Safety Coordinator
Nick Jones comes to Evergreen with over ten years of Safety experience and eight years in the industry.
His primary responsibilities for Evergreen encompass conducting field audits, quarterly inspections on equipment, ensuring employees comply with site specific and company safety policies and procedures. He also conducts safety meetings, maintains training files and keeps employees updated on current safety issues.
Nick served in the Navy for four years after graduating from high school. In addition to his military training, Nick is trained in CPR/First Aid, Industrial Rescue, Emergency Response, and Incident Command. He finished top of the class in NCCER's standardized training curriculum. He has served on Contractor Safety Committees at PPG Lake Charles and Citgo Lake Charles.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and is a huge LSU fan.
