July 2006 - OSHA Milestone
THREE YEARS WITHOUT AN OSHA RECORDABLE !!

Deer Park, Texas - Today Evergreen Industrial Services celebrated three years without an OSHA recordable. "We're proud of our safety record" said Rick Pitman, Vice-President "This acheivement demonstrates the commitment of our people to putting safety first."

Evergreen's last OSHA recordable was July 31, 2003. Since then Evergreen has received the Safety Excellence Award from the Houston Business Roundtable and has served as a Mentor company for others participating in the HBR awards system. "Because of companies like Evergreen and their willingness to share information and practices, the safety performance of industrial contractors in Houston continues to improve," said Bill Bobo, HBR's executive director.
Evergreen has also received six NPRA Contractor Merit awards and has been named Supplier of the Year by TCC and Nova Chemicals. "We've really established ourselves as a leader in this industry' Pitman said, "and our dedication to safety has been the key reason we have been so successful." Employees will gather for a celebration and safety auction in August.
