Mark has been a rising star in this industry almost from day one. After his graduation from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Technology in 1999, Mark spent his first years delivering engineering solutions for safety and service orientated projects. Following success there he moved into metrics based service delivery, identifying and delivering cost savings to some of the most prominent clients on the ship channel. He joined Evergreen in 2004 and has thrived as site manager at Valero Houston Refinery. His leadership was a key factor in Valero signing a new four year contract in 2005. "I've always believed in providing top service quality and safety through technology, training and hard work," said Stoffel, "Empowering your people and giving them the tools to succeed creates an environment for success." Stoffel lives in Houston with his wife Ruth and 18 month old son Devin.
