Wendy Merchant joined Evergreen Industrial Services in March, 2012, as Controller. Wendy spent the past 15 years in various accounting roles in the chemical manufacturing industry. Most recently she worked for Sterling Chemicals/Eastman where her role included preparing the financial reporting, SEC filings, and cost accounting over the past 12 years.

"Wendy will work closely with all Evergreen managers regarding financial performance and general accounting functions," said Evergreen President and CEO Jon Hodges. "I look forward to Wendy's assistance and I feel she is one more asset as we continue to build one of the strongest teams in our industry."

Wendy is a graduate of the University of Houston-Victoria and a Certified Public Accountant. Wendy spends her spare time with her husband and son at his Little League and soccer games and hunting and fishing.
