Paul joined Evergreen in March of 2007 as the VP of Business Development. Prior to that he had been the Sales and Marketing Director for LANSCO from its inception in 1985 to 1999 when it was sold to Hydrochem. He stayed on at Hydrochem for two years as sales and marketing director, then left to consult for CCS Energy Services a Calgary, Alberta based company in the E&P waste business that was expanding into the US. Paul has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Louisiana.

As of March 2012 Paul assumed the role as Director of Marketing and Strategic Account Development.

Liz Huard  joined Evergreen in February 2013 as the Business Development Coordinator. Prior to joining Evergreen Liz worked for Halliburton and C.H. Robinson Worldwide.  Liz is experienced in Account Development, Sales, Office Management and Marketing.  Liz graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

Abel joined Evergreen Industrial Services in June of 2000 as a Quality Service Engineer. Prior to that he had been with an industrial company working in Operations, Safety, Turnaround Coordinating and in Account Managing from its inception in 1989 to 2000.

Thomas Roach joined Evergreen in April of 2006. He began his career with Evergreen as the on-site Waste Coordination and Disposal Manager for Sterling Chemicals in Texas City. In May of 2007 he moved into Evergreen's Business Development side of the company developing and managing accounts from Texas City to Corpus Christi. As of June 2012, Thomas moved into the role as a Regional Sales Director, with his focus being on Texas City and Corpus Christi territories.

Prior to coming to Evergreen, he spent four years as the operations manager for USF Distribution in Houston, managing contractors, company drivers, and daily dock operations. Prior to that he was a manager for FedEx Ground for 9 years in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mike La Berge joined Evergreen as a Senior Sales Engineer. Mike has worked in sales and operations providing hydroblasting, chemical cleaning, hydro excavation, vacuum truck, waste transportation and most recently, tank cleaning services to the petrochemical industry for over 25 years.

Mike graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Clark Treybig joined Evergreen in June 2004 as the Transportation Manager in the La Porte office where his responsibilities included waste coordination and the dispatching of roll off trucks. Clark has also worked in supply chain management where he managed cost reduction and coordination between Evergreen and its current vendors.

Clark graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. During his years at A&M, Clark interned with Evergreen as a sales trainee before coming on full time in 2004. In October 2012 Clark then joined the Business Development team with his focus primarily on accounts in the La Porte, Texas City and Corpus Christi area.

Ricardo has worked for Evergreen since July 2003 and began as hydroblasting tech. After 3 years as a tech Ricardo moved up as a Supervisor until his recent promotion as an Account Manager in July 2012.Ricardo’s experience ranges from all aspects of industrial cleaning and specifically turnarounds. Ricardo just recently handled a large turnaround at INEOS Chocolate Bayou with great success. By joining the Business Development team, Ricardo will use his years of experience to call on potential clients in Houston area.

Al Montgomery has joined Evergreen as our Business Development Manager for Thermal Oxidizer Degassing and Tank Cleaning sales. Al has over 18 years of experience working with major oil refineries throughout the US.  Al has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is a certified Firefighter and Tank Entry Supervisor. Al will be a valuable asset to our team as we grow our division and tank degassing capabilities.
