Mark joined Evergreen in 2004 as the site manager at the Valero Houston Refinery. Mark has progressed from reliability manager to branch manager for the Texas City division.

His prior experience included four years at Hydrochem where his job duties varied from managing new development engineering projects to managing sole source contracts to customer relationship management.

Mark Stoffel received his Bachelor's of Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston in 1999.

Pat Davis joined Evergreen in June of 2005 as the Operations Manager of the Deer Park branch. His responsibilities included logistics of all equipment and managing field operations personnel. As of June 2012 Pat accepted the position of Director of Fleet Asset Management. In this newly created position, Pat will provide corporate oversight for capital expenditures, equipment maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and utilization. In addition, Pat will take the lead in assessing and updating our fleet of automated hydroblasting and abrasive blasting equipment in order to meet our client’s needs with respect to safety and productivity.

From 1993 to 2004, Pat was an operations manager for Turner Industries and the UHP Applications Specialist/Manager of the Southern Region for Hydrochem. Pat's previous experience also includes 10 years at Valley Systems and assistant manager and service engineer and 10 years at Halliburton Industrial Cleaning as a service engineer.

Pat’s specialty skills include metal cutting, automated tooling, polymer removals, automated paint and coatings removal and nozzle designs for all type of cleaning patterns and flow rates. Pat has also written job procedures and safety standards for major clients where ultra high jetting is utilized.

Jim Kerneckel joined Evergreen in June 2012. Jim started his career in the industrial cleaning business back in 1989 with Enclean. Over the years Jim has held multiple positions for several industrial cleaning companies in the Gulf Coast Area. Jim joins Evergreen after 14 years as the Branch Manager for Hydrochem at their Chocolate Bayou, Texas City and La Porte locations.

TommyDelesandri came to work for Evergreen Industrial Services in 2004. Tommy'sresponsibilities started in dispatch and included supplying manpower, PPE, andequipment to job sites. As the personnel manager, he interviewed fieldemployees, performed background checks, and coordinated drug screens andtraining requirements for new employees. On March 2010, Tommy accepted theposition as Branch Manager for the new Corpus Christi branch.

Beforejoining Evergreen, Tommy worked in the auto industry starting at the partscounter progressing to the fixed operation manager. In 1980 to 1995, he workedfor Ron Carter Auto Group, from 1995 to 2000, he worked for Sonic Automotive,and from 2000 to 2003, he worked for Baytown Honda.

Tommyholds a degree in automotive management from GMA University and an associatedegree in procurement and cost control.

James Crapnell joined Evergreen in June of 2003 as a Project Manager. James' previous experience in the industry includes working for Primary Vapor Control in 2002 to 2003, Freemyer Industrial Services in 2000 to 2002 and for Specialized Maintenance in 1988 to 2000. One of the largest projects James has managed to date for Evergreen was a turnaround for Nova that included 50 people on nights, 50 people on days and totaled approximately 22,000 manhours. James has been named "Supervisor of the Month" twice in 2008 alone, by management and employees.

James' vast experience includes managing special projects, hydroblasting turnarounds, chemical cleaning and tank cleaning projects. In addition he has overseen thermal oxidizer projects, vacuum services projects, and the day to day operations for two industrial service companies. James has worked in refineries, power plants, and petrochemical plants all over the United States.

Cliff Manous joined Evergreen in June of 2003 as a Project Manager in the Industrial Services Division. Cliff’s primary responsibilities are managing daily field operations and plant outages in the refining and petrochemical industry.

Cliff has extensive experience in all facets of industrial cleaning operation with more than 12 years of service management to customers throughout the Gulf Coast. Cliff has supervised and managed projects with field crews ranging from 4 to 140 during turnarounds and daily maintenance activities. He has written and implemented work plans, safety plans, number estimates, and developed budgets and schedules.

Cliff has specialized experience in Automated Hydro-blasting and tube lancing TLE’s, 20k High Volume, Polymers and Quench Oil.

Eddie Weilacher

Eddie Weilacher is a 30 year industrial cleaning veteran. Eddie’s extensive background covers pre-engineering & development, field project executions, project and product management, system engineering strategies and best practices development. Eddie has integrated his technical expertise into the various aspects of chemical cleaning, hydro blasting, tank cleaning, hydro-excavating, pipeline cleaning, filtration, pre-commissioning, and transportation of liquid and/or solid waste for hazardous/non-hazardous projects throughout the United States.

Eddie began his career with Parkem Industrial Services in 1980. Prior to joining Evergreen, Eddie was Chemical Cleaning Product Line Manager with Inland Industrial Services Group (IISG) where he successfully developed and managed their emerging chemical cleaning services product line. Eddie continued to work and develop his career strategies throughout the executive transformations of Parkem, EnClean, WMIS, ONYX. After 25 years, he helped launch Infineon Industrial Services where he served as General Manager of Operations and Sales. He was responsible for all the operational, technical support and development of the industrial services group. And in 2006, Infineon blended with IISG where Eddie continued to spearhead major chemical projects utilizing a team-based, customer centered approach to generate increased revenues.

Preston Burrell

Preston Burrell joined Evergreen in October of 2006. Preston brings over 20 years of tank cleaning and industrial cleaning experience to Evergreen. Preston works with customers such as Pasadena Refining Systems, Inc., Flint Hills Refinery, Marathon Refinery, Sterling Chemicals, and BP in the Gulf Coast area with all their tank cleaning and industrial cleaning needs. Before joining Evergreen, Preston worked for companies such as Hydrochem, Swaco, and All State Power Vac in roles starting out as Service Technician then moving up progressively to Project Manager. At Evergreen, Preston is responsible for managing equipment and personnel for tank cleaning projects and daily interaction with the customer.

Preston has extensive training such as 40 Hour Hazwoper, 8 Hour Hazwoper Refresher, Confined Space Entry, Basic Plus, and numerous site specific required training courses.

Diana Brown

In May 2011, Diana Brown joined Evergreen Industrial Services as the Transportation Manager. Diana spent the past nine years of her career at RECON as a Project Manager managing multi-million dollar hazardous waste remediation projects including Superfund sites, handling all facets including transportation and disposal. Prior to that, she was at Laidlaw Environmental for 10 years with her final position as an operations coordinator.

Diana brings many opportunities to Evergreen with her hazardous waste experience and job versatility. At Evergreen, her focus will be enhancing Evergreen's ability to haul hazardous waste and product lines for the Industrial Sector nationwide. Her innovative ideas and resources available to take waste materials from cradle to grave in very cost effective measures will enhance Evergreen's capabilities. Richard Poenisch joined Evergreen Industrial Services in July of 2010. Richard brings over 20 years of industrial cleaning experience to Evergreen that encompasses hydroblast, ultra-high pressure, high volume hydroblast, vacuum dredging, chemical cleaning, and liquid solid separation projects.. Richard has worked with customers in the Gulf Coast and Canada in various capacities. His past roles include Maintenance and Repair, Primary Site Quality Control Officer, Regulatory Compliance Officer, Site Safety Officer, and Project Manager. Richard has also helped train operators and technicians in the use, maintenance and repair of robotic systems. His vast experience encompasses the following market segments: refining, petrochemical, chemical, and power industries.

Richard's primary responsibilities are building a set of robotic cannons for Evergreen and also overseeing the repair, maintenance and tracking of our tank cleaning equipment. In addition, he can fill in as project manager on tank cleaning jobs.

Bubba Fitch joined Evergreen in July 2011 as the General Manager of the Tank Cleaning Division. His responsibilities are the overall management of operations and sales in the division.

He has extensive experience in all facets of Tank Cleaning and Sludge Processing, with more than twenty years of service management to customers throughout North America and The Caribbean. He was a consistent Top Performer at LANSCO from 1991 through 2001 and was a co-founder of a national tank cleaning company from start up though a significant acquisition in 2006. He recently moved back to Texas from Atlanta, GA where he oversaw the business and operations of a leading Pipeline/Terminal Maintenance Contractor.

Paul Borg

Paul joined Evergreen in September of 2009, and has over 30 years experience in industrial cleaning services. Paul graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochdale College, England in 1976, and began his career as a tank cleaning technician. He went on to hold positions as tank cleaning services manager, operations manager, project manager and business development manager.

In addition to designing a specialized engineered vapor recovery system for processing equipment, he has also established and maintained programs for all progress and field reports, maintenance procedures and cost tracking. As Vice President of Operations for Lansco, Paul developed tank cleaning techniques and designed specialized equipment that led to the issuance of multiple U.S. patents. He is the inventor of the Tank Cleaning Robot (US Patent #5,561,883). Most recently, as site superintendent for PSC - Houston, Paul managed multiple cleaning crews and implemented several standard tank cleaning procedures that are still in use at the plant.

Jon Hodges Jr. joined Evergreen as a Safety Technician in 2010 after completing additional training. Jon Jr. has eight years of experience in the industry, including time working at Evergreen and TIBC when not attending school.

Jon was responsible for overseeing the safety of employees on-site at various jobs. In the field, Jon performed site audits to ensure compliance with both Evergreen and customer policies and procedures, as well as compliance with OSHA regulations.

Jon has received multiple training certifications and accreditations including Certified Site Safety Technician (CSST), OSHA 30, HAWOPER 40 & HAZWOPER RCRA, confined space, CPR, and First Aid.

As of November 2012, Jon became the Dispatcher of the La Porte branch.

Don Collins joined Evergreen Industrial Services in 2004 as Operator in the Tank Cleaning Division. In 2009, his role was Tank Cleaning Supervisor and in 2011, his role changed to Tank Cleaning Project Manager.

Don's experience in all facets of tank cleaning operation began in the 1980’s. He has been commended by clients for creating and leading teams, for supervising successful new site start-up, and exceeding production quality, and safety standards.

Davy Crockett joined Evergreen in July 2011 as a Project Manager in the Tank Cleaning Division. His responsibilities are the overall management of tank cleaning projects and assigned personnel and equipment. He has also worked on bio-remediation of ponds.

He has extensive experience in all facets of Tank Cleaning, Sludge Processing, Pond Bio-Remediation, with more than 25 years of service management to customers. He has the designation of API Confined Space Tank Entry Supervisor. Davy's background includes tank cleaning projects such as, waste water, sour water, NORM, crude, cat fines, tar tanks, #6 oil, and underground.

He has cleaned an array of tanks ranging in diameter of 40 foot to 330 foot in Texas, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Louisiana, Ohio, Illinois, California, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana, Oklahoma, Mexico, and the Bahamas. His largest project lasted four years, 2 million barrels of oil, double shifts 24/7/365 with 5 days shut down, 3 crews to 6 crews (60 + men) BP Alliance in Belle Chase, Louisiana.

Lionell joined Evergreen as the Operations Manager for the La Porte Branch.  Lionell has 18 years experience in the tank and cleaning industry.  He started his career in the tank cleaning industry in 1994, after spending serveral years he decided to make a career change and move to the industrial side of the business in 2000.  He has managed different product lines of industrial clearning over the last 12 years.  Lionell resides in Friendswood, TX with his wife Barneya and his 3 children.

Jim Cawthorne has assumed the Operations Manager responsibilities for our Thermal Oxidizer/Degassing service line.
