Jon is a twenty year veteran of the industrial services business. He built Evergreen with the intention of being recognized as the industry leader in safety and service quality. He has been featured in numerous motivational books and articles and has received multiple customer accolades. A cigar aficionado, Jon also likes to collect classic cars.

Charleen holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Information Systems from University of Texas Permian Basin and an Executive MBA from Rice University. She has worked in the Industrial Cleaning Industry for 26 years. She began her career with Parkem/ Enclean in 1981 as Controller/Accounting managers. In 1994, Charleen joined HydroChem and served in various financial positions. She joined Evergreen Environmental LLC December 3, 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. In February 2008, Charleen Jones became an officer of the company, serving as the Treasurer and Secretary.

Paul joined Evergreen in March of 2007 as the VP of Business Development. Prior to that he had been the Sales and Marketing Director for LANSCO from it's inception in 1985 to 1999 when it was sold to Hydrochem. He stayed on at Hydrochem for two years as sales and marketing director, then left to consult for CCS Energy Services a Calgary, Alberta based company in the E&P waste business that was expanding into the US.

Bill joined Evergreen in January of 2009 as the Vice President of Health Safety & Environmental & Human Resources. Bill holds a Bachelors degree in Management from Madison University and received the designation title of Certified Safety and Health Official from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension and the OSHA Training Institute. Bill serves as an OSHA special government employee and has conducted numerous VPP audits for OSHA. Bill was previously employed by Valero Houston Refinery for 9 years where he served as a Senior Safety Specialist and held management positions with Goose Creek School district as Maintenance and Environmental Safety Manager

Scott has worked in the refining and petrochemical industry for 22 years, with his most recent employment at Valero Refining as an Operations Complex Manager in the Houston Refinery FCC and Tank Farm areas. He has also held manager positions in the Process Engineering and Control Systems Engineering groups at the Valero Houston and Texas City refineries. Prior to Valero, Scott worked as a chemical engineer for 10 years at Shell Oil, Arco Chemical, and BOC Industrial Gases.

Scott relocated to Houston after graduating from Penn State University in 1987 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. His hobbies include playing golf, riding his motorcycle, and oddly enough – doing yard work
